Re: Lookin For a Jersey Club Kick
Super low 808 layered with superlow (pitched down) acoustic kick sample. The kick sounds the way it does because it's slowed down so much that it loses a lot of its attack.

Yeah, i'm actually can imagine the way it's produced, but always when i try to "recreate" it result is to far away from this. As i've understood, the catch is that this is the "concrete" sample, which is used everywhere) but the question is, where to get it) but thanx anyway, will try your tip and if you want can post it here to see what it will lead to.Genevieve wrote:Super low 808 layered with superlow (pitched down) acoustic kick sample. Re: Lookin For a Jersey Club Kick
Ithink it highly depends on your sample choice. A concert bass drum sample with a lot of room noise will do the trick. Or any big kick with room noise. A clicky metal kickdrum or a tight funk kick won't cut it.
I didn't know it was a specific sample, but it should be easy to recreate.

It really is mostly just pitched down (+layered) 808s dude. Just try more.

Re: Lookin For a Jersey Club Kick
Try layering the kick drum from the think break (or some other bait breaks) over an 808 kick
