Re: Vocals
It's from a sample from a tv show he made it sound like the guys actual voice

>Record yourself, pitch it down, add compression/reverb. It's really not that hard to take a recorded vocal and make it sound cool.

Lol dude I know exactly what you mean, idk if you're being intentionally stupid but as I've said twice now all he's done is to re-dub the vocal. As in he's recorded himself (or someone else) saying "FuntCase" and dubbed it in over "Snake"... there's no magical software that converts words from one thing to another.
It's as simple as recording your own vocal, adding FX to make it sound similar and chopping it in place of the original.

Re: Vocals
yea you can record yourself saying that into any daw, with any mic, the quality of the mic does matter for it to sound cleaner, or you can just record a really bad version with a computer mic, put a gate on it, a little compression to get what you are wanting

Dead Exit made different versions for a bunch of DJ's. I'm pretty sure i heard an xkore one as well. Crissy Criss had a radio show so I'm sure he had access to people for voice overs and what not.
