Art+Sound=Vibecast
We’ve teamed up with street art and graffiti website Urban Kultur Blog with this exciting new music and art combo feature series we’ve coined ‘Vibecast’. In April 2014 the UKB site was recognised in the UK Blog Awards as one of the top 3 arts & culture blogs in the country.
Founded in 2011, the site has featured and interviewed some of the finest talent in the culture on their highly attractive website, along with hosting an array of DJ’s and producers in the UKB podcast series, which displays the blog’s in-house music tastes. Mellowdram, resident DJ and contributor to the site, has provided the music for the street art spotlight here on AC, spinning an eclectic combination of underground electronic beats. UKB founder Steven Blyth has selected and presented some phenomenal pieces of art to compliment the experimental journey in sound.
