Sovereign - Tundra [Deep Drum and Bass]

Post by ThisIsSovereign » Mon Aug 25, 2014 6:38 pm

Easy guys, here's a Drum and Bass tune I recently put out with the OneFortyDeep Blog (which now does bass music besides dubstep). It's a pretty deep/atmospheric tune with lots of movement in the sub-bass and low mid-range, the bassline reminded me a lot of something Icicle might do. There is also lots of different percussion layers that change throughout the track.

Big ups everyone :w:.

like the basses, drums could be a little stronger, or mixed better.

Glad you like the basses, those were my main focus in this track as I was trying to work on my low mid-range bass skills. Big ups for the feedback :W:.

Thanks mate, glad you liked the hi hat part, I thought it really picked up the pace of the track.

Interesting song. I don't really feel the pad melody at all with bass/beat. Love the deep tone bass though that's a sweet sound. Good job.
