I'm trying to locate which sample pack this snare sample comes from so I can buy it. Seems to be used quite a lot in chillstep/melodic dubstep. I'm thinking Vengeance but not totally sure. Any know? Thanks.

I don't know if you can find that exact sample in Vengeance, but you can certainly create something similar by layering a few Vengeance samples with some white noise. You could use any samples really, but yeah vengeance will provide a good starting point if this is the kind of snare you are after.
Like, take one sample that has the fundamental you want, then layer that with another sample that has the attack you want, then maybe layer those two with a third sample that has the kind of top end you want and put some slowly decaying white noise and reverb on it. Rip snares from tracks that you admire and compare the two until they're similar enough that you're satisfied.
This usually takes a lot of time and a lot of cycling through samples until you find the ones you really want, but yeah it's worth it.
