MOD EDIT - this thread is NOT a place to spam your tune.
Re: GETTING THE VIBES BACK - [Forum Suggestion]
I joined the forum properly in 2008 since lurking about a few years previous. Only just started going back on here (since I finally stared playing about with production again)
When I first made tracks they were so wack it was untrue. They were done on FL with laptop speakers, the levels were all over the place yet at the time I still thought they were bangers. I put them on here and I always got constructive feedback, like 3-4 different people. Doesn't seem thats the case anymore. Anyway after knowing how appreciative the feedback was to me back in the day I'll make sure I drop as much feedback as possible.
From what I've seen today and yesterday most the stuff is of a high quality, glad to see the vibes are still being produced.

ok, so i love the atmosphere in the intro to floating darkness, i do feel that if you were to put some rever and delay on the high hats, then cutting the time in half for them, it would make it even better. as for the drop, i feel like it was slightly out of key, other than that no, complaints, as for the human track, i do really like how deep the drop is, good job man, keep up the good work

Just to chip in my 0.02p.
I know I don't post much, but I love this forum. Even when I'm not vibing off of music, I enjoy reading the posts. I usually browse through at work, therefore I'm not able to go into the Feedback threads and listen and post feedback. I'm sure there are a few of you bros who are in the same position as me, so that might be a factor to consider (going back to the OP).
As a side note, this forum was harsh on me when I joined around 2 years ago and I hated it to start with and I know why. I came in as a newbie like lots of others did like "Check out my Skrillzilla Monster Vowel Formant Death Bass" and "can you give me some feedback on this song" (the writing, arrangement and production is a dogshit copy of some Skrill track but I've just discovered the 200hZ region).
I bet all you OG's were sick of posts like that, and I get it. People riding the bandwagon 2-3 years ago, you knew they wouldn't listen so why give them such detailed feedback?
It's a good feeling to have stuck with making tunes, because I feel like I have learned so much and listening to my stuff now compared to even a year ago is worlds apart, plus a lot of these kids have stopped being Skrillex copy cats, and I think that's helped the whole creativity of electronic music. With that in mind I'll be in these Feedback threads checking out new stuff and giving opinions more from now on.
Anyway, this is all just my own opinion and no offense was meant by it, just giving my point of view.
Greg.

What's up everyone? I'm a young dj and producer aged 13, trying to get my music heard more! Here's a tune I made a few months back, I hope you like it. Stay locked into my soundcloud if you like it. Follow me and I'll follow back, I want to meet new producers making my kind of music! Thanks for your time, and enjoy <3
