Ohmicide is always a trustable distortion unit. But really u can get basically the same effect but just splitting a sound into different frequency bands and distorting and effecting each band. The bass is almost definitely FM synthesis. And the modulater sounds like it has a slow attack. Modulate a sine with a more complex waveform then modulate that waveform with a sine and add the attack to the last modulator. Then distort. Youll have a hard time replicating a FM patch but thats probably a good starting point
