I like it!
Was a skeptic at first, but the first season was really involving.Which makes me even more skeptical about season 2...
3 episodes in and it's not looking very promising. The characters are starting to turn more cartoony. And there seems to be a lot of continuity errors going on.It's almost as if some of them don't remember each other.
I don't think Hiro going back to feudal Japan changed that much of the future yet.And now there's been TWO Star Trek alumni on it!That's usually a death knell...
The only thing that will keep me going, short of Claire stripping down completely naked,is if they throw in a plot twist in the next few episodes about Peter.Because,Sylar's obviously not dead, and Hiro can't get home, and that hoody guy is killing the original members of The Company. But I'm glad they got rid of the "Two men and a baby" element by moving Mohinder into Issac's old loft. And I guess that Veronica Mars chick is joining the cast soon too.

Has anyone noticed the ''Godsend' symbol actually appears in the DNA stream on Mohinders pops computer program, watch an early episode again if you can and you'll see it, look closely.... strange.
I'm going to give the new series a chance, because the last one took a while to get into it, i'm pretty sure it's going to get sick a few episodes down the line.
P.s I'm conviced the hooded killer is Kensei, probably pissed that Hiro stole his girl back ion Japan or something, he'd live that long though wouldn't he?
The dude the little girl keeps seeing is definately someone else, not the hooded killer guy, I bet he's a proper badman.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see..........

This has every reference to the symbol thus far:Scarecrow wrote:Has anyone noticed the ''Godsend' symbol actually appears in the DNA stream on Mohinders pops computer program, watch an early episode again if you can and you'll see it, look closely.... strange.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helix_symbol_%28Heroes%29
The helix is all over that show!Peter's tattoo when it disappeared in the last episode became one before it completely vanished.
I think the guy Molly sees who sees her also(that's creeeeeeepy
The Kensei theory is interesting, especially considering the helix thing. But even with spontaneous regeneration, you can't escape age.And both Claire and Peter have both died.If she didn't get the branch pulled out of her head or the glass in Peter's,they'd have been dead long enough for every cell to die completely. So if it is Kensei,it may not be THE Kensei, but a direct descendent.Or...judging from the future Hiro...maybe it's an alternate present day Hiro because of mistakes the past Hiro is making...
i like it, but this 2 season in my opinion is worst than the first one, but lets see how they manage peter petrelli stuf... and the honduras brothers... that looks like more superheroe stuf, the rest of the series is just like any other soap opera at the moment.
this night i will wath the 4 episode hehehe

Yeah. The Nathan Petrelli sequences were much better in the first season with the sonic boom and all.The West/Claire scene was just lame.alfie wrote:had to laugh at the special effects for when claire was flying with that fella, for a high-budget show they were fucking rubbish!
felt like i was back in 1998 watching clark kent and lois lane

Really liked Season 1 although the finale was a let down.
Season 2 is testing my patience though. Don't like the new characters except Nichelle Nichols who will forever get a free pass for her Truck Turner performance. Man she was a badass.

HELL YEAH!
I guess I'm finally seeing the plot twist I wanted in season 2 though.I think the fact that Parkman's dad is not only an original member of The Company, but has been preying on the very girl he has adopted is pretty cool.I hope West gets taken off the show.We already have Smallville for that kind of cheese. And still waiting on the Peter Petrelli twist.
Oh...and what the fuck is up with Nathan's fucked up face?I would have expected him to return to earth badly burned,if he returned at all.But how is it regular, then in the mirror it's all scarred?Has he taken on some of Claire's ability to heal?Or maybe he has Niki/Jessica's split personality now because he shagged her?Or maybe he's actually badly burned, but somehow Candice came and produced an illusion that covered New York,as she was there and pulled Sylar to safety?I do remember toward the end of season 1,she was commisioned by The Company for a big job...
As for the "Mexican" girl, she's actually Dominican(I knew that from the get go),and her character is from Guatemala.I suppose all black people look alike too,eh?
But seriously, she's alright. Her forehead is a bit high though.I'b be afraid she'd enter the Friar Tuck look by the time she hit 40.
