Take Shelter reminded me of Frailty, if people enjoyed Take Shelter I'd recommend giving it a watch, it's quite a fair bit darker.

First Michael Shannon movie I've seen (well, with him in a major role anyway) and the first Jeff Nichols I've seen. Gonna give Shotgun Stories a watch at some point and I've somehow still never seen Mud, so gonna give that a watch too.

^this has been on my list for a while, might give it a watch this weekend. If you enjoyed Take Shelter & My Son, My Son, I can see Frailty being up your street Diego, give it a watch, similar themes - mental stability, visions, etc.

Eraserhead - First time and first Lynch film I have watched. I am actually thinking about doing all his films chronologically as I have Elephant Man ready to go. Anyway I thought it was a major trip and incredibly surreal. I enjoyed it but would want to watch it again to understand more, I feel like I missed some of the deeper meanings/themes.

Bronson - At times it feels like a UK version of Chopper but damn, Tom Hardy is awesome. This film has so much style to it as well, the flow of the events is quite captivating. I definitely recommend this. I also love the fact that he...

Absentia

A unique take on horror. I really liked how ambiguous it was as far as what was happening and lends itself open to interpretation.
