But seriously man, the prices are like double of what they should be. I feel a bit stupid after paying around 350-400€ for daw and 1 or 2 very cheap REs, then yesterday I bought Logic for 180€ which like just a half of what Reason costs. Got a lot better audio editing, 30+ more effects/synths, 3rd party plugin support + everything you have in Reason apart from killer SSL mixer, and 99% immunity to crashing. I'm just saying, If Propellerhead continues this bullshit, they are gonna sink.

I think both of 'em have the endless line of food the same way tho. For Avid it's the companies who get their stuff for standard and people who blindly buy Avid products because they've heard that "all" pros use them. For Propellerhead it's these old school fans who don't even look at the other options than Reason.
