Ok, so I've finally gone fairly head over heels for The Wire. Once the first season gets going, it's absolutely fucking brilliant.

Stringer Bell looks like the best smelling man on television.

I didn't know Key and Peele was still running. Anyone watched that recently?

The Wire never really spoke to me. Should give that another chance really, only saw
the first few.

I've tried the first episode a few times over the last few years since it gets such rave reviews all over the place, but never quite been grabbed... for some reason this time it sucked me right in.

Hmm, I always thought the concept of oz sounded cool but people always told me that it sucked.

I've seen a few clips from Key & Peele, and so far they are the only US sketch though that I actually liked.

yeah...those people are retarded - especially if they liked the wire.

i mean even on imdb the average score is 8.9/10...the wire is 9.4 for reference

OZ is fucking fantastic.

Brutal as fuck though, some of the rape scenes are particularly dark.....

The last couple seasons and finale kinda go into "Oz" land, and by that I mean outlandish fairy tales
Otherwise for being HBOs first show I own it all on DVD and marathon it every couple years.

Oh no doubt. It's one of HBO's slept on shows like Carinvale (shame that never got finished even as a comic like they said they would).
