I have seen pray animals being released by hapless do gooding humans, and the animal keeps looking around, imploring with their eyes, like, "Do you stupid fucks not see the predators?" and then they are released, SWOOP, prey animal gone.

haha one time I flicked a grasshopper off a building for shits and giggles and a bird swooped down and grabbed it as soon as it hit the sidewalk. I felt like kind of a jerk...
