DJ scratch effect on audiofile? (ableton)

Wanna get a vinyl-scratch effect on some of my vocals, how is this done?

lots of programs will do it. Guitar rig has effects in it that could get you this sound. Im pretty image line makes an effect that will do it. I could be wrong but for some reason gross beat is coming to mind. Ill try to come back later and make a more descriptive explanation. But just remember that each scratch is just a small sample going forward or backward at a fast rate that gets exponentially slower (to a stop).. but it all happens very quick as a scratch snippet is usually only like a half second long. Im sure you could figure out a manual methodology but effects plugins make it way easier... or just scratch the samples yourself if you got a board.
