Just saw Akira...brilliant film.

I want to watch more shit like that but allow searching through anime like. Ghost in the Shell too, that's another great one.

could not stop creasing at donnie's face though, always a man threatening to start drooling at any time

lucy

good for maybe the first 20mins then got progressively shitter and shitter until the ending which just didnt make sense

was like someone had watched limitless and then thought hey you know what this needs more tits and explosions

so many plot holes and unexplained bits

why did she make the police fall unconcious but not the triads at the end

when she dissolved how did she get from the plane into the hospital bed

why was the next generation computer she turned into at the end still usb compataible

On the iPlayer at the moment. Bloody brilliant. No narrator. No NEED for one.

interstellar is really "well made" and has some fucking great action scenes that get really tense, but it also tries to shove in some 2001-style trancendent space hippy stuff pretty awkwardly. I love that stuff when it's done right but it's not really here.

It does do "big" space action that considers more science than most films with big space action, which was really cool, even if it's probably not actually on point if you really know the stuff.

Also the plot doesn't fully make sense when you think about it, like a lot of nolan films I suppose.

dunno what to say, i love well done sci fi movies even tho the history is not great, but this one is too pretentious it made me angry.

Interstellar is better than Inception and Gravity.

In that case, you can probably skip Interstellar :)

Saw A Most Wanted Man yesterday and really liked it. Good role for PSH.
Reminded me of the good Scandinavian thrillers.
