20 euros for El-B - Ghost Rider EP

too much really, only the title track is properly sick. However from looking online afterwards now and then it seems like it's pretty rare to get now so that's good for gloating purposes at least lol

I also spent a little more than that on Return II Space but that's ofc three records really...and top fucking music lol

I really really want jungle inflitrator EP yeah. Why the fuck isn't there a Big Apple compilation CD at least.

mine was dmz 02, paid £85 for that.
probably was too much looking back, wouldn't pay that much for a club record nowadays but wouldn't have any qualms for paying that on an album that i really wanted and thought was worth it.

i never understand why people go nuts over people paying 50+ on a record though, its up to the buyer to decide what they want to pay for each individual record and how much its ultimately worth to them.
as long as your not paying over the going rate and are actually getting ripped off then do what you want with your hard earned cash.

was just looking through my discos purchases and i got lean fwd/learn and stand/eden for £53 which isn't bad for what they could of cost me.

i did also sell western for £300. i paid £40 for it in the auction at the market then came home to listen to it and i think i liked the exclusivity of it more than i liked the record itself.
i know people will judge me and hate me for doing that and i probably could of sold it for less but the guy was actually over the moon to get a copy, i do wonder sometimes if he ever sold it on

though I know one night im going to go overboard on the gin and end up forking our £100 for 'neverland'

Actress box set for 60, which doesn't really count though since it's 2 albums pressed on 5 pieces of vinyl

Talking about singles, 20 for Bodysnatch - Euphony is probably the most I've spent

my most expensive is definitely Mala - Hunter/N+Bury Da Bwoy for $100. popped up on my discogs feed one day and I had just gotten paid and it was my birthday and it was an unplayed copy of my favorite Mala track (Hunter). Couldn't not buy it.

I bought DMZ011 for $60 month along with DMZ010 for $47, DMZ Walkin With Jah/Earth a Run Red for a lesser amount.

Horsepower Productions - The One You Need (Turn U On (No U Turn sub-label)), was also purchased from that seller on discogs along with those afore mentioned records, but it NEVER arrived with the other 3 vinyls.

Fucking guy, must have played it before shipping & kept it. It's definitely the gem of those 4 records, for me anyways.

Nonetheless I did receive a refund for that tune.

Looks like Bury Da Bwoy/Hunter is the most I've paid for a record.

Close contender is Ghost - Dance Hall EP for £31.99

If only I could get an original of Percy for that price. It`s the only original pressing that`s missing from my Bandulu collection.

Smart dubstep buyer

There's actually a lot a lot of top shelf tunes that go for under 10 quid

I've had my eyes on Loefah v Darqwan - Sukkah/Warrior Stance for a bit, that ones like 8 pounds on discogs. You should think about how much you need Bury Da Bwoy or whatever. Those are obviously fantastic tunes but you can get by without them.

Most I spent in one batch was DMZ 005/006/008/009/010 was 250 AUD, which at the time was about £150 which is actually really cheap considering the batch of records.
The most I've paid wouldnt be much more than 60/70 aud, I know the goat stare in ^ that batch was listed as $80 but I just average them out haha.

I had a copy of 007 sniped from me on eBay, the last price id put in was $120
Havnt seen a reasonably priced since or really been in the position to buy
