How is this done? (slowing audio down)

How do you make it go this slow down without it pitching down really low? Changing the tempo ridiculously low then exporting it, perhaps?

a long time ago i read in the description of one of these videos that its done with time stretching in audacity. So youre planning on using this for your atmospheres?

There was some stretching software with a guy's name that I've forgotten.

EDIT: Paulstretch.

But yeah, like everybody else said it's timestreching. The outcome (=does it sound shit or good) depends on software and settings. It seems that Paulstretch works well.

Never used Paulstretch. Had a go on some chorus humming, pad-like thing, slowing it down by basically messing around with the tempo, and then stretched it all together. Kinda worked, sounds nothing like the JB one though.
