Oi well that was an absolute mentalism

Got there fucking late due to London rookies being unable to navigate the Northern Line

Kaiju were dope for a fair bit but was too stack up in there + maybe got a bit dungeony for me - the dubbier bits were hard though + the Creepah/Cay's Crays blend was a lot - big up to them they looked like they were proper gassed to be playing and they were proper nice to all the ppl fiending for the wheels

Caught Ishan Sound LASHING room two for a good 30 mins - vibes were great and nice to have a bit of space in 2 - he goes HAM on that mixer/full running man

Gantz was absolutely obscene - nuff old Loefah bits (28G

) alongside stuff like Way Mi Defend VIP, Tic caused absolute havoc inside - his mixing was miles better than at System too

Kahn b2b King Commodo - had to chuck my hat for Fuck Mountain VIP

hah i wanna hear more highlights! wish they would bring these big label nights to america (although contact has been touring america this month, so there's that), but i'd like nothing more than to see a medi night. so you missed quest & silkie and tunnidge?

Yeah sadly missed them - saw Tunnidge when I was getting a stamp + chatted to him a bit, sounded like the normal set of Poison Dart, I Remix, Swish rmx etc. Funny bloke

Commodo looked fucking SORE at some of the dubs Kahn was playing - was jokes, tbh bringing out Flirta D & Newham Gens exclus isnt really fair is it - ended up giving Kahn like the last 4 tunes in a row cus he was duppying the dance so hard

I hope Orson doesn't have to play the opening timeslot, but can play maybe after Compa. his record collection is absolutely insane, dubs for days. would love to be there.

Orson is great, shame he doesn't have more releases. His collab with Mala is a good one. I'd like to say that maybe this suggests he's gonna have a release on Medi but I dunno how likely that is.

Also, glad they're branching out of London with these Deep Medi nights. They're having one in Bristol soon

^ there were medi nights in 'dam and bruxelles if I remember correctly.

I guess it was the promoter's choice, since Orson's the guy for dubstep in Berlin (lol shutup paul), friends with Mala, and inexpensive...

surprised more people aren't hyped about the Late Night Blues remix. i mean Dread is obviously an anthem and the remix sounds large, but daaaaaammmnnnnn that Late Night Blues remix sounds fucking musical amazing and sounds a lot more innovative / different from the original and different from a typical Gorgon Sound tune. Really diggin the preview on redeye. Wish there was a youtube clip up so I could listen to it on my phone.

Always had a soft spot for Late Night Blues <3
