Just got the Russian represses of the Scientist albums through, big up Gareth.. the pressings are indeed great! It says on the back that they are under exclusive licence for the world excluding Northern America by Hopetown Overton Brown (Scientists real name). Someone on discogs put a link to an interview with Scientist talking in depth about the shady workings of Greensleeves ect. and it seems hes been in quite a few legal battles with them. Guess thats why they've never been repressed by them and probably never will.. so these seem like a legitimate repress.

However you can never trust those sneaky Russians

They have been repressed, but I don't know how long. I picked up my Greensleeves copies in the early 2000's. Probably about 2003 or 4.
