when using french terms like pieds-noirs, maybe use the french term "Front National" aswell? and what are you looking for exactly? what is your thesis?

there were a lot of pieds-noirs on OAS's side, and J.-M. Le Pen obviously was rather fond of keeping Algeria as french territory. but you already knew that. the pieds-noirs I personally know are all rather left-wing, so I doubt I could be of much help.

basically Im just trying to understand their relationship with the FN because on one hand ive read that they're more right wing but then there are people like Camus who were pieds-noirs but leftists. basically I want to know where the FN stands on them seeing as they're kind of a quasi immigrant population

yes, somewhat. they claim to be gaullists, but so does (nearly) every party in the french political system. nowadays, the term is a shorter version for "we're butthurt that we fucked our economy up fourty years ago and are not a superpower anymore, but we really want to do our best to matter again." which, obviously, resonates well with the overly proud french people who still think que la france est une grande nation.
in the first article, the one I quoted, Marine Le Pen addresses the harkis & pieds-noirs, explaining that even though they sport the croix de lorraine, they're not a gaullist party, but instead share similar values with CdG whilst renouncing all the "bad" he did (e.g. first recruting the harkis, then giving in to the FLN and therefore cause all the pieds-noirs to be "uprooted").
