Linking CDJ 900s
couldnt find a clear guide anywhere.. i've copped a couple cdj 900s and want to play tracks via usb on both decks via that link thing.
Iv put the usb in deck 1 and connected straight into deck 2 via ethernet cable, but neither cdj will register a link. in menu it says not connected or not selected, and i cant work out what im doing wrong. im not using a DJM and dont think i need a computer in the middle do i? kind of defeats the point if so.
cheers. j

Re: Linking CDJ 900s
Issue might be in the firmware.

Re: Linking CDJ 900s
Fully updated. 1 thing i keep seeing on diagrams is a switching hub; do i need this instead of connecting straight from deck 1 to deck 2?

Re: Linking CDJ 900s
Did you have it on hub? Because I only use this when a DJ wants to link more than 2
decks.
decks.
