How to Make This Type of Dubstep Snare?

Hey, I have been trying for so long to make the type of snare in the song below, but I can't quite get it right. I am currently using snare samples from the Vengeance: Dirty Electro Vol. 3 sample pack. Does anyone have an suggestions on how to make this type of snare?

It has a reversed snare just before the main hit every other snare as well. thats how to get that wooshing sound before the snare.
