504 files currently hosted.
I might have to work out the averages of how many downloads there are a day and start removing the low hits. Of course the files will be on request and hosted again if anyone needs.
I'm thinking of starting up another server, so barefiles #2. Reason is the 60gb hdd is almost full, only around 15gb left.
I'll need to setup advertising on barefiles to get money for the servers. If anoyne knows an easy way to do this let me know!
Thanks to everyone whos been supporting

Are you serving off your own server? If so, I bet the forum could easily come up with some paypal-cash for a new HD
thanks for running it, D, barefiles is invaluable

Nah i'm paying for a server. Currenlty not expensive that why a few adverts will cover the cost but if I upgrade or get a second server thats when I'll get myself into trouble. Right now my bank balance is 0 so gotta think a little.

Deapoh if you ever need financial assistance, a lot of people here, me included, would be willing to give some money to keep barefiles running.
Also in terms of ads, could try getting google ads? if you can prove that the site gets enough traffic.

if you have a credit card, set up paypal... even if you don't have a CC, you can set up paypal... just use your bank account. the money goes into your paypal account and then, you log in and transfer to the bank, or better yet, you transfer to the Hosting company
