how to make a riddim bass?

hey guys, im pretty new to producing and I love the styles of pogman, jakes, 50 carrot ect, I use massive and fl studio, ive tried watching videos but I just cant get the right sounds, could anybody please help me?

Reason's synths are useful here-ever thought of switching DAW?
