Dubstep Growl Bass Help

Hey, I'm new to this Dubstep forum, sorry if this is in wrong place but anyways lets get to the point, i want to make good dubstep growl bass, like this one http://youtu.be/wx4GawjPp-s?t=26s
I followed the tutorial, but when i try to play the sound it sounds really different :/ i tried many ways to make it sound better but i cant get it to work. I need your help: What piano notes the growls usually plays at? and how to make it sound so great and powerful? I heard it uses some Fruity Parametric EQ 2 if you're using FL Studio like i do, but how to utilize it?

Guys i need serious help i try so hard to learn make growls but it doesnt work lol.. i readed like 100 pages of that previous thread... i tried everything but listen how terrible my growl sounds... whats wrong? Soundcloud

Are you sure you followed the tutorial correctly? I just finished it myself and mine sounded identical to his. Just go over it again, and make sure you go to the file tab > new sound to initialise the patch before you dial in the settings.
