Not sure why you're nausing it so hard today man. There's plenty of proof that it's happening out there. You ever see a news report where they'll show, for example, a screenshot of like, a list of photos of child porn on guy's computer? In that example, if you're watching a video of a child being abused, you're futhering the cause of the video itself, you're giving it an audience. Nice attempt at a straw man though. If you don't think that photo journalism can have a powerful effect, change opinions, do good in the world by showing bad, then you're not as clever as you seem to be man. Whatever, didn't aim to piss anyone off by posting that photo, and if I did then apologies.

I don't really see how posting that picture will have any effect on people here other than perhaps offending people whose ancestors were affected by such things. I don't think anyone, on dsf especially, will see that and go 'oh yh wait a minute perhaps we shouldn't kill people because they are black'.

Anyway if there is such a benefit to people seeing such a photo why is it such a problem that the label posted it?

I posted it because not everybody has facebook.

Just in my opinion, maybe I'm being cynical, but the fact that it's being used to further a techno label outweighs the fact that people are being made aware of it. Just because I think people should be aware of powerful images, doesn't mean I agree with every single use of it.
