Albums like Skream - Skream!

Post by DubVault3 » Sat Jan 24, 2015 5:48 pm

I really love his original album, the more recent one is kinda bland. Is there anything that matches Skream's dark sound, with some chill tracks and some bangers?
No Burial please, I love him, but I already know the guy.

Degenerate though

but yeah they're strong and arguably more versatile (Repercussions at least)

I think Degenerate is a fucking amazing collection of tunes but I think the Distance albums are stronger albums if that makes sense.

Goth Trad - New Epoch is more of a grower but a solid album.
Check out the Steppin forward compilations on moonshine recordings, some good tracks in it as well.

EDIT - D1 - V1 is also dope: http://www.discogs.com/D1-V1/master/5460

Dark Tantrum's This Is Me album is quality, covers the spectrum too.
