I feel like a fucking moron. I had a dispute with paypal in 2008 because they reversed 2 payments (over £600 in total) of items I'd already shipped off.. one I had proof that they signed for it yet they still reversed it with no explanation, the other was apparently a stolen credit card. I'd taken the money out of paypal so my balance became -£600 odd and I refused to pay it, got as far as debt collectors giving me a date for court but being 16/17 I gave in and paid it. After that I couldn't get into my account so assumed I'd been banned, I also had the "fuck paypal" mentality so didn't bother ringing up either.

Nearly 7 years on I thought fuck it I'll see if they'll reopen my account cause its a bit of a ballache having to use my mums and send her the money as a bank transfer all the time. Apparently I'm not banned but I still had a £1.98 negative balance which I still had to pay off before my account could be unlocked. All this fucking time it was only locked because of £1.98.. I got put through to pay it off and they went "we'll unlock that for you", I said "do I not need to pay the negative balance off?" "No, its only £1.98 don't worry about it."

Motherfuckers. 7 years.

I had a similar thing where they mailed me a letter saying I owed... 1p. When I rang them up the woman on the phone burst out laughing, esp as it cost them more than that to actually send the fucking thing

People at Paypal are phoning it in 24/7. It's such a weird thing anyway, have to go through several security measures when wiring straight from my account, but with Paypal it's just a password and it's done.
I thought I would have to put money on the Paypal account, but it's just a straight connection
with the bank. I've always had €0.00 balance.

Haha wtf, thats crazy. Well I just assumed the account had been banned as it was like a 2 month dispute that almost ended up in court and as I assumed I'd paid it all off I didn't think it could be something as stupid as owing under £2.

Ps. those posters look sexy :W:
