Any ninjas going this year? Really wanted to go last year and was gutted to miss it, looked amazing.

Want to see almost every name on that lineup and it's not even 50% complete so far

Anyone been before? How close is it to the centre of Amsterdam?

Its quite far out of the centre. There is busses going back and forth, but its a really nice bit
by bike too. Probably about 12km, depending on where you are staying.

I went last year and the year before as well. Their parties never disappoint, they have the right
attitude towards it. Check out the video recap of last year on their FB page for a good impression.

Mind that the English invasion might come into full effect this year. Don't be surprised if you
meet your neighbours there

(I don't remember seeing Shackleton last year, I think that was one of the acts to cancel
because of two hours of bad weather.)

Finishes at 11pm which is the only thing putting me off. There are after parties though yeah?

The setting looks absolutely stunning, the Pender Street Steppers set last year looked perfect

You know anything about the camping there? Recommend it or better to stay in accomodation in Amsterdam centre and travel there?

There will be after parties in a club in the city centre each night. Place I work at
might be open that weekend too, its relatively close to the festival site. Chances are there's
a bunch of worthwhile things happening those nights.

Haven't seen the campsite, but the facilities should be quite good. Wouldn't recommend it
if you want to do after parties though Hostel or airbnb thing would be a better bet.

it was ok last year. the ending at 11pm is really shit because you end up staying up til late, and then get there about 3 the next day, get fucked up and next thing you know it's 11pm again, and then you do it all again..

i enjoyed it because i got to spend a week in amsterdam, but it was expensive and prefer festivals that finish a bit later at least (primavera starts from evening til sunrise which is perfect)
