2nd Attempt
hello,
This is my 2nd tune i've been working on. I posted a tune on here a couple of weeks ago but wasn't getting anywhere with it. I've now started this tune which is pretty different from my first and is the first time i've made a beat with only single hits. It would be great to have some feedback before I carry on, any advice would be appreciated.
Tune can be found here: http://www.dubstepforum.com/tunes/dubio ... nished.mp3

catchy melody line
kick needs to be tighter and louder in the mix.
i like your snare sound, it's crisp. use of reversed hits is quite effective.
bass reminds me of that d1 dub at the start of dubstep warz. perhaps at say 1.22 bring in some variations - ie the bass dropping out ah yeh like 1.38 or so. more of that is cool - it creates excitement, variation, interest.
not too bad, sub could be a bit louder though.
