Underrated: giving too low an assessment of: to judge the value, degree, or worth of somebody or something to be less than it really is.

Forensics and Oyaarss.

Both bring something new to the table and add a certain art to the proceedings that few others seem to capture.

Forensics with his clockwork proto industrial. Obviously not Industrial, but the sort of music that would be made during the industrial revolution. It's like music made for world trade fairs. Music made by large mechanical contraptions. Big music playing machines. Click, click, whirr. I still am at a loss about how exactly to describe it, but it has a sound that isn't forced. It just is.

Oyaarss with music that sometimes sounds like David Lynch has discovered Dubstep. Stuff that sounds dark without any need to even try. Effortless vibe. Again, it just is and that is the highest commendation I can give.

There are a few others, but these are who immediately spring to mind and I'm always wondering when they'll get much more deserved attention. Hopefully soon.

He he, the majority of those mentioned are also so under-rated they've got releases.
