I'm more on about the specific political agendas that a ruler has
one was a fascist dictator and the other was a somewhat respected revolutionairy leader comming up via a coup.
the fact they have the 'same' political system in place, is just not an 'excuse' to equate the two agendas. treating dissidence like this is hardly the driving principle in communism... like it was under nazism and other fascist systems and thats probably my grieve or 'whatever'.
you gave an example of the consequence of dissidence, and although it's probably true that that specific ting leads to gulag or whatever
it must somehow be noted that stalin was insane and very non political in what punishment was dealt.. .
