Lamb with hind quarters removed... One leg roasted over the fire later that night... the other leg is going to become prosciutto over the net couple of months

I was feeling pretty good about the food we were doing everyone was super excited etc and then the chef I work for shows up and unleashes the mother of all hotdogs upon us.
Baguette with Orange Rhubarb marmalade, amazing locally produced hotdogs, and an assload of foie gras terrine.
So many adjectives to describe the awesomeness of this thing.
