Birdman was great, but we know that by now. I thought the music was especially intriguing.
On the surface, the free tempo drum parts underline the stress of producing a play
really well, but there are quite a few interesting recording- and mixing techniques used to
make it even more engaging. The movie owes a great deal to Woody Allen and even
Alfred Hitchcock in this aspect. When you watch it again, try to find out when the music
you hear is also heard by the characters in the movie :) There's not a right or wrong
answer in every case imo.

Anyway, I think the film inspired the music as well as the other way around and that
relationship is really apparent. Also, Zach Galifianakis is not fat anymore.

I sat & watched Birdman til the screen went black cos of that drumming.
Best part of a pretty good film.
Enjoyed the acting confrontation with Norton
and whatsername, the enormous-eyed daughter, was great.

Really looking forward to seeing Inherent Vices.
