Been going gym for a while but only really been taking it seriously for around a year? Not sure, diet and training and sleep are all good at the moment, I work closely with someone who has done a few cycles and will be talking me through it as I do it too, test P for 6-8 weeks, probably 6, I'm thinking of starting once I start to plateau, that particular type takes 2 weeks to start working properly anyway. Injecting once a week is much more desirable than every second or third day too, I'll be travelling a lot soon so don't want the headache of taking a bottle around with me. I might not even do it, lets see.

Unless you are working in domain where your body must be in some standards: stripper, dancer, bodyguard, i wouldn't suggest starting a cycle.
You can do pretty well just with a good diet, train hard and adding supplements.
Try not to drink alcohol for 3-5 months and you'll definitely see big results.
Cycles are really the last step that should be taken and only when you hit the plateau.
If it ain't done right, this can seriously affect your health

I disagree, I think the last step is taking things like Tren (fuck that shit) or Dianabol etc, test is just the beginning, and I'll be doing pretty physically draining work in Dubai in the middle of the summer, outside, in overalls, on reflective roofs so it's even hotter, doing a low dose of test for that will make things a lot easier, i'll still be able to train.
The only real unhealthy thing, apart from doing loads and loads of cycles is the PCT stage but if you get the right meds, everything is fine, it's all over the counter here too so no hassle getting Nolvadex or anything.

Question, I've been going gym since last July but only got proper serious around November time, thing is my weight since July hasn't really changed but the weights I use have been increasing and I can see visible changes, is that bad or what?

what would your starter cycle be? assuming youre not into getting on dianabol or winstrol, 12wk cycle of test, then a break and a 3-4 week cycle of nolvadex?


sub question - have you had your test levels checked by a doctor to see if theyre below a level to be causing your lack of gains?

probs 8-10 week cycle of test, still not figured it all out, as far as i know, you start taking the nolvadex as soon as you stop pinning the test, no rest in between, ill be taking arimidex (SP?) throughout the test cycle too.

not had my test levels checked but it's something that i'll be doing before i start a cycle.

Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 250mg-500mg per week
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
starter cycle, test on monday then either thu/fri

12 weeks is too long for me really, 3 months ffs, I don't think you need that break with test P or the shorter lasting ones but I plan on doing E, cheers.

My arms are getting fucking massive. :lol: Pretty good results since i have only been going gym for a couple of months. Been hitting the protein shakes and bars daily.

so why are you going to the gym then?

if it was just to keep yourself fit and in shape then a bit of outside cardio and something heavy to throw around the back yard would do you fine
