That's somewhat true and I agree on that, but it could be applied to any other form of dubstep or any genre in general. People do some things in certain way because it works. Nobody cries about same 808s being used everywhere. Or sine waves being used as a sub. It's all about how you put it.
But yeah isn't knife party pendulum?
Yea, or to be more precise, Rob and Gareth, 2 original members of Pendulum. I like both Pendulum and Knife Party a lot, because of how they make use of acoustic drums and how most of their tracks have much more musicality than many other artists who make that type of aggressive electronic music.
