Hey all, hope all is well.

What are you guys saying on how SP' makes this sick bass throughout this tune (and a few off his others)?

It's the pulsy kinda sub sound he gradually brings in during the intro and throughout this tune, a similar sound is also used in his latest collab with LX-One, ill sounds.

Not an expert on this sort of stuff, but:

single triangle wave

filter off the high end

LFO -> amplitude

distort slightly (soft clipping for example)

add sub underneath

LFO -> amplitude (so the sub wobbles too)

It doesn't have to be triangle wave, just make sure it's something with not too many harmonics. I would imagine that layering few sine waves would work too.

I made a patch just for this! (:

Its an FM patch very simple, I added extra parts to the patch so you can get the sound you were looking for and more. Play with the RingMod and PhaseMod in Mod Osc and Macros Tab. and make sure to turn the right numbers on for the right Oscillator. Have Fun!
