Big ups on the detective work, looks like I'm going to Leeds!

Electrics only venue i can think of on a size like that, Mala's does Broken Dub House in Prince of Wales but that's too small for a DMZ birthday these days surely?
Electric would work if they sack off the stage and bring the decks down to the dancefloor, System style. It felt like a gig more than a rave at the Contact night, although the RC1 was feckin' monstrous. On it whatever happens, though.
Yeah the RC1 on the contact night was amazing, but I don't think - even including upstairs - that Electric has enough space for a DMZ 10th anniversary dance?
Its a pain to go for a smoke when its too full... but that's my problem I guess

Eh? Electric is fucking massive, I was there for the Skream house nigh (ugh) but the rc1 in there was bananas
Other than that there is only Brixton Jam (possibly? hold 600 a cross 2 rooms iirc) Plan B (400 cap up top) PoW (again like 2-300) and Dogstar (lolno)
Electric is a good size however if it's proper pack up it's very unpleasant indeed. Smoking area becomes shoulder to shoulder standing room only, main dancefloor is a tnuc to get across. Not to mention the price of the bar, though that's par for the course around Brixton.
Surprised no one has suggested the Academy, TBH. Not like a DMZ 10th birthday would have trouble filling it, plenty of room for rigs, multiple rooms, etc...

If it was in Academy they'd have been banging on about it for time I reckon
yeah i thought it could be at the academy but figured it'd be mentioned before now. Four Tet's night there was good though.

All that melts away when the lights are down and the bass is up.
