Okay, so I'm posting this here so that I don't forget to ask my parents next time I see them. What's that 80s song that starts with two one second chords, first one high second one low, followed by a little 4-note rhythm that goes (low, low, high low) .5 sec each, then it kind of repeats. there's a male singer who sings in time with the 8igth notes. it's a slow song. Oh yeah, I think there's an acoustic sounding solo near the middle that is 16th notes. I don't think this song would be out of place in one of those coming of age films from the 80s.
