I think Southside Dubstars should get a shout for worst design / artwork. Here is a good example:

banging tune, but for real...like the black and white printer quality and the windows 2001 word art hahah

i like the southside's with the city silhouettes but the browny orange they use a lot is naasty

Speaking of Wordart... not dubstep but this is the worst artwork of all time IMO (plus it's UK garage so close enough to dubstep lol):
