Fruity Loops 7 Questions

How do you a tie an LFO to a filter cutoff on TS404?

How do you use Fruity Vocoder to put melody to voices?

right click the cutoff knob in the ins section of the 404, click edit events then click the top left button (looks like a bar graph) in the window that appears and select tools, lfo. enjoy

as for the vocoder, no idea; i hate vocoders haha

The sound you want as the carrier needs to be on the right channel and the modulater to the left.
So say you want to vocode a vocal with a synth, pan the vocal all the way left, pan the synth all the way right then mess about with the settings.

put your synth on and voice on the same fx channel. the voice should be the modulator and the synth is a carrier so.. if you notice the vocoder has L above Mod and R above Car. Pan your Voice (mod) hard left and your Synth (Car) hard right. presto! now you sound like every other dipshit using a vocoder. jk. have fun.
