EDINBURGH - Syncopate w/ Scuba & Gravious - Fri 16th Nov

In case the flyer messes up:
Scuba [Hotflush / Soul Jazz]
Gravious [Hotflush]
Termite [Volume / Obscene]
Unsettla [Syncopate]

The Vaults (Next to Nicol Edwards)
10-3
£5

It's a small room, and a large soundsystem, so it should sound pleasant. Hopefully the launch night of a regular event, bi-monthly perhaps. Depends how this one goes.

There's the facebook event here:
http://ed.facebook.com/event.php?eid=6558417092
if anyone is into that sort of thing. It's an 'open group' which apparently means anyone can invite people to it. So if you know people who might wanna go, invite them. That's teamwork.

Given that basically no-one turns up to anything for the first hour anyway, 10-11 will be the variety hour. Any kind of bass heavy musics that the DJs fancy playing as long as it's not Dubstep. I would expect Hip-Hop, Dub, and general electronic trickery. But I'm not guaranteeing anything.
So if you want a bit of that get down early. If you hate everything except Dubstep get down later.

Funny that there are such people around. A group of folk left our last night after about 15 minutes because there was some techno being played. They were complaining that theyd came to what they though was a dubstep night. Thing is if they love dubstep that much that couldnt stand to listen to anything else, how come i aint seen them at any other nights?

That could lead to a bizarre 'what will daggus sit through in order to hear dubstep?' competition among the DJs :D

Dubstep is all about variety! Can't have a whole night of wobblers, you gotta mix it up with some Kazoo. Keep the dancefloor on its toes you know?
