How do u make a rar. folder?

gotta send sum parts of for a remix, i'm on a mac atm and cant figure it out, any tips?
19th October - Jahtari Presents Tapes EP Launch Party @ Gramaphone, London w/ Tapes, Clause Four & International Observer.
23rd October - Galway, Ireland.
31st October - UFO @ Dojo, Bristol w/ Dema.

use standart os x "Create Archive of" - it's creates "*.zip" file,which can be easily uncompressed on every os(windows,linux,etc).
