that custom fruity looks cool.. how do you change the size of the blocks/colour on the pattern sequencer?

if you go to the top left of the playlist window (sequencer), select the options button, and choose "view > grid color". the size of the blocks is determined by the length of my loop or sample on the step sequencer. keep in mind i'm using version 4. don't ask why. it's just what i've been using a long time, and i'm afraid my vst's won't work in a newer version.

cheers man, i didn't mean the actual blocks, but the size of the grid. You might still not get me :| my bad

I'm using 7 and i haven't encountered a VST that hasn't worked, dont fear it !

oh you mean on the grid on the left? you go to the top left of it and there is a little box with a number in it (might be zero for you). you just click and drag down on it and increase it to whatever size sequence you want (i think it's 8 beats in the picture)

hah nah man, I did mean the "playlist" bit that has a red background. and i just wanted to know how to change the colour of it. and it seems like you have much more bars in it... as in an 8 bar block in mine would take up much more space lengthways...

I dunno, maybe its just how 4 is. all good tho man, i'll have a play round with it
