How so? I don't really know much about them as people, but they don't strike me as being that way really.relaks wrote:This one sounds amaaaaziniging.
I really like bloc party, living in italy I've been fortunate enough to miss out on trends of what's actually 'hip' I never watch tv.
Bloc party makes some good tunes. but it seems like they're penises
Burial mix is insane, i love the incomprehensible super pitched up vocals at one point in that clip. Really good

big fan of burial but not feeling this AT ALL.
sounds like just another standard burial by numbers track playing at the same time as something else totally unrelated, like someone left the fader open on 2 tunes. theres no connection between the two elements
have no interest in bloc part whatsoever, but still i expected this 2 b a bit more succesful
ah well, at least he getting paid

[quote="7""]which samples were used on this one?

Ha, the very beginning samples You Hurt Me! Not sure, may be a bit of a grower, never felt wounder until a while ago and i didn't get shell of light the first few times i heard untrue, (now one of my favourite burial tracks) but initially i found it a bit dull.
I wanted an absolute blinder to showcase burial to a demographic (i recall telling a friend of mine to shoot me if i ever used that word, better watch myself) that might not know him, but this is more slow burning i think.
Initially that snare sound pissed me off, just sounded really weak, but it might grow still. Can't work out which vocal samples are which lines in the song though, some have been twisted to fuckery. Clear vinyl is awesome
