Pretty much any synth can be a bass synth... it's just how you configure it. There are some specifically for bass, but they are by no means necessary and it's probably good just for general understanding of sound generators to work out how to get bass out of a generic synth...

I use the FL 3xOsc and muon tau. As mentioned, anything will do if you know how to programme it. If you can get access to some hardware, esp. analogue, it will teach you much. Delete your presets, they are counter-productive for real music, they only exist to show you what a synth etc can do. Stop posting on forums and experiment with your gear.
