We're closing the year out LARGE with SS 024! 2 of our favorite artists and most influential ambassadors of bass weight are crossing the Atlantic and touching down at LOVE on a special FIRST SATURDAY EDITION to celebrate an amazing year of sound and community.

Behind Door #1…STEREOTYP!!!! We rinse his tracks all the time and it's about time that we get the bredren behind the decks. One of the tru pioneers of digi dancehall and next level dread bass is comin' thru and his track record is too epic to fit on this page…needless to say, his work on Kruder & Dorfmeister's G-Stone records, Klein Records, collabs and remixes for the Bug, Al-Haca, Warrior Queen, Dub Club have been groundbreaking straight up and down. Behind Door #2…MARYANNE HOBBS!!! – The Radio 1 firebrand at the helm of the pioneering experimental electronic show (Tuesday nite >> Wednesday morning 2.00-4.00am) reppin' next generation dubstep, grime, drum&bass, hip-hop, techno, and radical electronic flavaz in every form (formerly known as the Breezeblock) is making her way from London to get up in the Dance. She also featured Sub Swara's own Dhruva and Sharmaji in an epic soundclash vs. Skull Disco (Shackleton and Appleblim) on her show in 07. (www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/maryannehobbs/)

Speaking of which, Sharmaji (who....drum roll....we're thrilled to welcome as the newest Sub Swara Resident) and Dhruva will be teaming up again for a tag team dub session in honor of MaryAnne's presence. A heap of original dubs ready to drop...

Plus, the Sub Swara live set will be in full force, comin' correct with a preview of the Sub Swara album (droppin' early 2008) and the sonics that span the spectrum of bass bin culture.

this line-up is going to give the Love system an ample work out. serious low end response. if you haven't checked the sound system at love all i can say is MASSIV!
