edit: forgot to mention it drops at 3:00
long intro...

yo fellas

here is the beginning of the new adventure

a series i have planned called nibiru rising, this track being the introduction

in addition to the track as a whole, what do you think of the vocal samples?

any good (or bad) comments/ advice/ criticisms?

320s will come soon after i see what you guys think of the vocals and
general comments so i can seal the deal 8)

thanks and cheers, props to all of you for being here and doing this shit.
this forum has been a big support. i personally feel i have made huge
leaps as a producer since getting into dubstep and kicking it here.

Certainly draws you in, really like the atmosphere.
Liking the vocal samples a lot, deep!
Looking forward to the series from the sounds of this!

i cant believe this! its good, very good :o
perfect for a mix intro or so.
the vocal is nice, fits to the atmosphere of the whole track.
The drop could be more massive, more destructive. And maybe its just my speakers but the snare sounds kinda too loud and a bit to sharp.
All in all a big tune! Good job

cheers fellas. much appreciated

:D

i'll answer both at once:

its not your speakers, there are some fixes needed, which is why i need comments.
now i know to keep the vocals and to fix the snare, plus i've got an idea
on another synth line (one which shouldnt take too long to work in)
so the 320 should be coming within a week's margin of error!

in the meantime i'll certainly be remembering who's asking for what

8)

nice start. i think the snare could use a bit more POP under that snap. i'd like to hear where this goes.
