I call this the legend jr bass which can be found in most synths.

Was used lots back in grime and now has appeared a lot more in 4x4.

IF you use fruity loops go > to your browser and go on >Channel presets>3x osc > Then drag the jr bass to your step sequencer

Use one or two square waves arp'd with octave range set to about 3, maybe detune a little as well.

you might wanna think about downsampling to get that nice old skool gaming sound... Google for Bitcrusher.
