nan-desu ka means - what is that?
but in japanese u can put 'yo' at the beginning or end of sentance to draw someones attention, or to emphasise
'nan de' and 'nan desu' are abbreviations of nan desu ka and can mean just what or why, but the way he says 'yo' between desu and ka makes me laugh man

That's the one. He also said that you can say genki-yo as a reply to mean 'i am fine' but with the yo expressing added 'fineness'luke.envoy wrote:yeh, genki desu ka? means how are you? and u can reply just by sayin- genki desu, domo aregato!Laurent wrote:I seeluke.envoy wrote:Laurent wrote:errr what does that mean?luke.envoy wrote:love the way the guy says nan desu yo-ka!?!![]()
