Watermark is automatically generated by the gallery I built for our new site. I didnt go to leeds and spend X amount of pounds of my own cash to take photos and have a jolly good time - thats why we watermark, hope its understandable.
Oh and make sure you check out CLIP 2

Its what they always do 10 or so minutes before the end so everyone knows they have to skank extra hard before its all over. Can be pretty grimey though, seeing the state of certain people

boomnoise wrote:it is a younger crowd than london yeah. high percentage of students. but the vibe doesn't suffer from that at all. in fact it probably makes it better.
Maybe, everyone was really into it in Leeds, and it felt more of a rave type atmosphere - wicked night!
It is a good vibe. And everyone does treat it like a rave and subsequently get proper mashed. I do sometimes wonder though how many people there actually engage with the music outside of the West Indian and how many treat it as just a slight variation on SubDub (which a lot of students also see as just a big mashup). Its not necessarily a bad thing and there aren't many dances with as much energy as you get at West Indian
yeh westindian has always been a place 4 the locals, i been going since i was 15.....very much raised by subdub n iration steppas.
yeh hav to say subdub wos a monster. first time reachin there. venue was tight + music was on point. crowd was decent aswel. like someone said it was a fairly young crowd, but aint nothin wrong with that at all.
how long did it go on wen the lights went on cos i ducked out at that point but seems like it went on for a bit?
missed skream tho. people i was with was on a longg ting gettin ready to go.
